New Update: Now, all senior citizens aged 70 years and above (regardless of income) are eligible for the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.

How to Apply & Download?
You can make your card yourself using the 'Ayushman App' or visit a CSC Center.
- Download the Ayushman App from Play Store.
- Login as 'Beneficiary' using your Mobile Number.
- Select your State and Scheme (PMJAY).
- Search by Aadhaar Number or Ration Card.
- Complete the eKYC (Face Auth or OTP).
- Once approved, click on the Download button.
